  • The length of a coaching partnership depends largely on your needs and preferences, as well as your personal goals and work style. That said, my goal is to help provide the tools, vision and direction so that, eventually, you can face future challenges and dreams on your own.

    In my practice I recommend a minimum of four months of focused, one-on-one coaching. Often, the clients I work with reach their intended results within that time frame and choose to continue coaching month-to-month to reach additional goals.

  • Coaching is all about connection. It’s not just a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s a personal, one-on-one relationship where mutual trust is everything. My clients come to me not just for guidance but because they know that we’ll have real, honest conversations, infused with a bit of humor to lighten the load when needed. I believe growth happens best when you can laugh along the way, and I make sure our sessions feel comfortable and authentic, with the freedom to explore your challenges without judgment.

    That said, coaching is a deeply personal journey, and it only works if the fit is right. If for any reason I’m not the best coach for your specific needs, I’ll gladly refer you to one of the other trusted coaches in my network. My priority is your success, whether it’s with me or someone else

While we’ll dive deep into the challenges you’re facing, I’ll also make sure we keep things light when it matters—because laughter is often the best way to break down barriers and spark new insights. I combine a compassionate, no-nonsense approach with a healthy dose of humor, helping you see your journey from fresh perspectives. Whether you're figuring out the next chapter of your career or finding new ways to thrive in relationships, we’ll work together with a blend of practicality, empathy, and a few good laughs along the way.
